Manchester born, former British and WBA Lightweight holder Anthony Crolla was a professional boxer whose career stands at 35 wins out of 45 fights. Beginning as a super featherweight, Crolla moved up a weight division in 2011 where he beat John Watson for the British Lightweight title. An orthodox fighter, Crolla came back from two consecutive defeats to challenge for the unified WBA and WBO lightweight titles in 2019, but was defeated by Lomachenko. Crolla fought for the last time in 2019, defeating Frank Urquiaga.
