Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Kelly for the Euro '92 Qualification Group 7 match against Turkey played at BJK İnönü Stadium, Istanbul on the 13th November 1991. This classic Adidas design was launched in April 1990 and then famously used at the Republic of Ireland's first ever World Cup Finals appearance in Italy where Jack Charlton's men made it all the way to the Quarter Finals. In this last Euro '92 qualifying match though it was worn with a new FAI crest for the first time as well as a new style of Adidas number printing. The side won the match 3-1 thanks to goals from Bryne and Cascarino but with England drawing in Poland it was not enough for them to clinch top spot and a place at the finals. Kelly was an unused substitute here, the forward was a part of the Ireland squad for 10 years between 88-98 and despite winning only 26 caps he went to 3 major tournaments and scored 9 goals for his country
